Hi there! Welcome to my blog. I figure you may want to know a little bit about me if you're interested in booking a session. My name is Kayla Renee Sampson. I am 22 years old. Currently, I am a student at Cal State San Marcos and will FINALLY be graduating(Praise the LORD) this December as a Business Major with an emphasis in Marketing. I have a really awesome hubby who makes my life a dream. We met eight years ago, got married on August 18, 2012 and have been having the time of our life ever since. My parents are absolute inspirations to me. I am an only child and was home schooled until I was 16 so needless to say we spent a lot of time together growing up. I love them with all my heart and think they're pretty incredible. I have a few best friends who absolutely light up my life and a three year old goddaughter, Marley Grace, who gives my life extra purpose and meaning! I'm head over heels in love with Jesus Christ. He is the source of everything beautiful that's ever happened to me and I give him all the glory and praise for everything I've ever done right.
I have loved photography since I was a teenager but didn't begin pursuing it whole-heartily until December of 2012 which isn't that long ago if you do the math (which totally isn't my thing by the way)! My passion for this field is really rooted in my passion for PEOPLE. I love capturing the beauty of human interaction; friends, loved ones, parents and children. I feel blessed every time I get to do a shoot and witness the good in the world from behind my lens. My style is very natural. I try to capture real emotions because those are the most beautiful ones.
Taking pictures gives me hope and it helps me to appreciate every little moment. I am intrigued by the endless possibilities and my heart melts when I see my clients fall in love with their images. So far its been an incredible ride and its something that I think I will continue to fall in love with for a very long time. This blog will be a place where I document my journey and I invite you to follow along with me and see where this adventure leads!
