Last weekend I was blessed to do my first family session with a family who is very near to my heart. It had been many years since we had reconnected last and I was absolutely ecstatic that they wanted me to do some holiday photos for them. I got to meet their two handsome boys Ezra and Ezekiel and spend the afternoon chasing them around, laughing and being silly together as I tried to squeeze some good "cheeses" out for the camera. All the while I observed just how loving and gentle their parents were with them. I came home and told my husband what an incredible example these two, Ben and Tess, were with their babies. Their love for their children seemed to overflow with every interaction with them. It was a beautiful thing to witness and to capture! A big thank you to the Powers family to being my first, brave family that let me do their photos! I had so much fun.
